Shipping methods
Orders for finished products are shipped the next business day. Otherwise, they are sent within 2-5 working days, depending on the case
Orders are shipped:
a) with a CottonMade employee
b) with specific courier companies (ELTA COURIER).
c) upon receipt from our physical store at the address Kyprou 108, KYPSELI free of charge.
Www.Cottonmade.gr brings the order to the door of your home in cooperation with courier companies, without being charged for shipping, if your order exceeds € 49.
For orders under 49 € the charge will be 3 €
In case you choose a method of payment by cash on delivery, the charge will be 2 € extra for orders up to 49 €
For orders over 49 € there is no extra cash on delivery charge.
We provide the ability to deliver our products in Cyprus at cost:
- 0 - 5kg cost 10 €
- 5 - 10kg cost 18 €
- 10-15kg cost 28 €
- 15-20kg cost 40 € (for each additional kilo after 20kg, the customer is charged with 1.5 € per kilo).
The above charges may vary depending on the volume of the parcels.
For intra-community orders abroad:
All shipping costs are charged, which are calculated according to the weight, volume of products and country of destination on a case by case basis, and you are informed accordingly.
If we encounter a problem in processing your order (such as a lack of a product from the manufacturer), one of our representatives will call you on the contact phone number you have provided, in order to find a solution for the best possible service. The availability of each product is indicated in green letters and concerns shipments within Greece with a courier company. Final delivery time may vary in some inaccessible areas / islands or during periods of emergency or heavy workload of courier companies. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery times.
